We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, scheduling appointments, or submitting forms.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials (e.g., usernames, passwords) and notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, including HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Rehab Konnect or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by law.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, feedback, or form responses), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display it for providing and improving our Services. You represent that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rehab Konnect, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed $200 or the price you paid for your monthly membership, whichever is higher, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rehab Konnect and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lansing, MI under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
