  • Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

    A. You can book a follow up session at any time to be reevaluated and your program will be updated to reflect your progress.
  • Q. Do you offer refunds?
    A. No we do not offer refunds as we begin designing your program after purchase is complete.
  • Q: What payment types are supported at Rehab Konnect?
    A: Rehab Konnect accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Our goal is to make payments easy so you can focus on your rehab journey. For any questions, our customer support team is here to help.
  • Q. How much does this cost?
    A. You'll start with an initial 1 on 1 consultation with a licensed therapist that costs 79$. You can then book follow up sessions to talk with your therapist and change your program that costs 59$.
